New Construction Progress
Feb 2008
The gymnasium side of the winery was built during Crush 2007 with the roof being completed one minute before snowfall! This fermentation, bottling line, wine lab portion of the building is 28 feet tall with big wood doors opening onto a covered crush pad held up by big cedar logs salvaged from the Fire of 1994. The ladder to the cellar is no more (moment of silent prayer). Stainless steel stairs wrap beautifully into the 200 barrel French-style cellar. Construction continues and embellishments improve daily.
